Strategic Plan

Alpine Legal Services' strategic plan is a roadmap for our organization to achieve our primary goal of more effectively serving the communities we work in.  Our staff and board members took part in a planning process that resulted in the establishment of a 2-year strategic plan that prioritizes building our capacity, focusing our services, clearly and consistently communicating with our stakeholders, sustainably running our organization, and raising funds with purpose.  We look forward to constant improvement and deeper connection to our community, supporters, and clients.
